CANALETTO BRUNO is a fresh caviar, from a cross-breeding of the Adriatic sturgeon (Acipenser Naccarii) and the Siberian one (Acipenser Baerii). Processed with the “Malossol” method, its taste is delicate with a light nutty nuance.
